Can we fix the profile pictures on the forums?

I'm not trying to be picky, but I'd either like my current forums profile picture removed or something, because every time I go on the forums, I literally don't even post anything because it's very embarrassing to me, as it doesn't describe me at all.
Plus, it confuses others because they think I'm a guy when I'm not, and it's just annoying. Can somebody do something with fixing it or fixing mine?
