How to Spawn in a Mansión Malibú?

How can I save a spawn point for example in Franklin's Malibu Mansion to reappear there every time I start the game? Either with Menyoo or some other way

@Xx_DamiauxX Menyoo can be tricky. For example if you add a teleport inside the subway tunnels you will likely end up in nowhere land. So the trick is to place your favourite teleport at ground level, at the entrance of the tunnel.
Teleport here and save your game. If it doesn't work, it's due to loading or persistence issue.
