MP models wont load in single player

I am trying to switch into my Multiplayer character in Single player, but whenever I use any trainer, menyoo, character swap everything freezes. This never happened before, I was playing as my MP last week.

@Mopardrip I don't play online at all, but did you use the Director Mode method?
