How to install ENB For GTA 5 Correctly ?

I tried install ENB For GTA 5 with this step

1. Download ENB
2. put all file inside Wrapper into GTA 5 folder
3. edit enblocal.inii like this:

[PROXY]
EnableProxyLibrary=true
InitProxyFunctions=false
ProxyLibrary=d3d11.dll

saved it, then i run GTA 5 overlay ENB working, but its crashing in Loading Story,
how to fix it?

My GTA still fresh without moding i just have ENB installed.
original ENB from official site.
