NVE streetlights have a red glare in FiveM

I installed NVE for FiveM and it hasn’t had any problems until I moved my FiveM install to my hard drive, now whenever I load into a server the streetlights have a noticeable red glare on them. I’ve tried removing all the NVE related addons and other addons and mods (QuantV, ReShade and EU roads) from the addons folder but they still reappear. I can’t find anyone else with this problem any help would be appreciated.

as NVE is still a mod in progress and currently still Patreon-only, you obviously paid for it, so ask for support in razed's discord server
