Handling files for these 2 car mods?

Does anyone know the location of the handling files for these 2 car mods please?

The files in the handling folders are basically empty, I never seen this before.

@gtavjamal they should be defined in the handlingId tag in vehicles meta. the chevelle uses the sabre gt's handling.
