Head replacement 3d scan

How we can change just head with 3d scan like bellus3D ?

Uraniom is down. So what's alternative ?

I try to import 3d scan in zmodeler3 and export it but doesn't work.

Someone have an simple explication for me please ?

hello, I tried to add tode but I can not download the URANIOM program if I had this program, I think that I would have added a 3d head to GTA a long time ago, do you have URANIOM, can we join forces?
