Can’t equip suppressor for regular pistol

I have recently installed quite a few mods (trainer, visuals, cars & clothing only), and just encountered this with the mission ‘Friends Reunited’, as I noticed no matter how many times I restarted the mission, after Wade tells me he’s given me a silenced pistol, I never have a suppressor on it.
Sure enough I went to ammunition and every other attachment is there, I can equip the suppressor to other weapons, but not the pistol. Anyone have any ideas?
(Also must stress I haven’t installed any weapons mods what so ever other than what I can do from Menyoo).
