Cop leading handcuffed actor away scene Help NEEDED

Hello GTA-Modding Community,
I am trying to figure out how I can do a small scene where my cop actor leads away my handcuffed actor away from a spot or better a small distance to the car. I tried my best from scene director to menyoo attachments. But I cant seem to do it right. Please is there anyone who can tell me how to do that or at least which mod I can use besides : menyoo, simple trainer, scene director?
