Need help creating a specific DLC pack

Just today, I discovered this neat workaround. I wish to make it more persistent by creating a DLC pack within the (mods)\update directory, but I don't know how I'd structure content.xml and setup2.xml accordingly.
I want to add the scaleform_frontend.rpf to the pack, but just repeating XML entries of Easy Mod Folder and replacing them to contain the new archive did not work.
Can anyone give me a helping hand?
