Car Mods Don't work

Hi So for a while I have been having a problem with my Gta 5 with car mods so i have it all done I have followed like a 100 tutorials and all of them still wont help and will not work if you can help thanks

In all fairness, it's only Tutorial #119 that explains the mod has to be extracted from the .rar file before it is installed.

@ReNNie The prob i have is all car mods + scripts all are not working and i was exaggerating about 100 tutorials but i know how to do it i just had to reinstall gta and did it again and it stopped working same wth scripts

@JohnFromGWN I Did Exactly That I Know How To Do It I Did It Before but my game got corrupted and i had to do a reinstall and scrips+cars stopped working

@MrMcSpuddy you never mentioned your scripts weren't working, so that's a different story. You said your game was corrupt, what was the error message?
Before wasting time reinstalling the game, you should:
- first check if the game runs without mods.
- If it doesn't then you do a verify integrity.
- If that doesn't work then you are fully justified to reinstall.
Reinstalling will not fix mods that are not installed correctly, or outdated, or conflicting with other mods. That's my sermon for the day.
Post copy of your asi and scripthook logs so we can take a look.

If nothing is working, the ASI loader must not be installed/working (assuming you're installing car mods via mods folder). Check if you have dinput8.dll and ScriptHookV.dll installed. If you do, check your asiloader.log and ScriptHookV.log files.

@Jitnaught After writing he watched many tutorials, I trust he watched the one on how to install Open IV - the one required to load dlc.rpf cars (assuming he installed the option for the asi loader aka dinput8.dll - if he doesn't have SHV package installed ofc).
Without logs or screenshots of the folder structure it's anyone's guess. I sent him a link, he said he did all that and nothing works.
The possibilities to screw up are endless. From not unzipping the dlc to wrong folder structure. I've seen a few "expert videos" where update.rpf is in the wrong folder.

could even have copied the entire folder to a new location thus messing with the asi loader
