This is the latest version of the game.
One thing I forgot to mention is that I'm using custom engine sounds.
It used to work, but all of a sudden it stopped working.
I've checked for mod conflicts, but haven't found any.

'custom' is way too vague, Replace or Add-On and which mods exactly?

to my experience, it never 'all of sudden' stops, I suspect you added and/or changed something to your game thus breaking it?

I'll remove the add-on custom sound mods one by one and see what the problem is.

I found that other sound mods are conflicting.
