Needing some help after a long absence

Hello all,

I come back to GTA 5 PC and so Mods after 3 years of hiatus, and I have 2-3 question:

Back in the days, I had some mods that worked somewaht ok together

It was VannillaWorks
World Of Variety
and Realism Dispatch mod,

• DLC cars in traffic etc.

Does these mods are again ok to work together? Or is there a better alternative of Wov and Dispatch?
Same I have the impression that to make appear the DLC cars in traffic there are 2350 mods, which one is the best?
