Seeking custom empty interior for Nut Buster location

Hello!
I am looking to get a custom interior made for the Nut Buster restaurant, located at the corner of Cortes and Magellan in the Vespucci area. I'm hoping this will be an easy request because: I want it empty!Requirements?
- Door that swings open/closed
- Keep the windows opaque so no one can see through them to the inside
- I'd like the space to fill the entire interior, in case someday I want to put in a proper restaurant interior
- Maybe a little light if it's pitch black in there
This is my first time making such a request, so please bear with me. At the very least, if anyone can point me in the right direction if this isn't it.
