Help needed replacing pause menu music

Recently I have made my own custom tracks for the pause menu but when I have no idea how to replace the tracks inside menu_music.awc? any answer is much appreciated ty.

This is a different idea, but the process should help you. Essentially you need to do a file export to OAC.
