I'm looking for/ requesting a mod to change HUD position

Hi.. as the title says I'm looking for a mod that can change the position of the radar and preferably Also where the dialogue get displayed as I have a defective screen at the moment I small portion of the bottom side is not working... I've looked everywhere for such a mod and I didn't find any.
