My game run fine but it Crash when I restart Game Mission.

I install many mods...NVE+QuantV +LA REVO... but i know it has nothing to do with them...
beside I install and replace many pedplayer hairs and tattoos ...I wonder it crash because of thoes hair and tattos mods or what? any idea guys? The game is ok when i keep playing ...I also can lunch and enjoy on Replay Missions...the problem is it crash out if i want to play new game...

You sure? If you think it's ped mods, remove them and test
