Blender plugin to export to GTA V file format?

There's great modding tools available to alter Gta V 3d objects and peds completely free, but what tool enables me to export a blender vehicle to GTA V without zmodeler3?
Conversion tool and dragonff enable me to export a .dff, but how do I get that to .yft without zmodeler?
Skylumz Blender plugin can import, but seemingly not export yft.xml's.
So is there a way to edit a .yft or .dff in blender and export it to GTA V, for free?
