Keep falling through the Liberty City Remix map

So I just installed the Liberty City Remix map. The map loads but for some reason it's not solid. I just keep falling through it like it's a hologram.
I decided to go into the open camera mode and see what happens. Cars and people are on the map 10 feet away from me. Once they come near me, they fall through the map too. Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

@Hermancules117 Did this happen after the last update? R* considers this mod as piracy and probably figured out a way to patch so that the collisions are gone. That's just my conspiracy theory.

correct since the recent Contract update several MLOs and Add-On Maps are broken, this is widely reported but not yet fixed by the community

I have the same issue, no collisions in the Liberty City Remix map, after the last update.
If anyone has any ideas, please share, thank you.

@lizuca Do you play online. If you do you'll have to be patient and wait for those MLOs to be fixed. If you only play SP, revert back.

@lizuca so revert back. Some users manage to use the security heist rpf with the previous version and you also have the option to create addons from the new vehicles or new peds

Developer of the Windy City Map mod has solved this issue. Here is a tutorial video on YouTube of the fix

@JohnFromGWN yeah from what I tested it fixed Cayo/LASV's collisions but didn't fix LCR or Vice City, and actually corrupted the VC file. whoops

Unfortunately It's STILL doing the same thing. I just loaded Liberty City DLC, Packetfile limiter, & heapadjuster & GTAV config. I used all the current versions of the files you showed. BUT the issues I have now is the mini map wont come up (just the load icon spins & blurs out) I can recover by hitting the menu button. Also I do see Liberty City & get there by plane BUT I pass right through it like a ghost. I thought I screwed up. Sad It would have be cool to have a map ROCKSTA SHOULD HAVE ALREADY MADE & RELEASED!

@Joey_Gabagool The game is from 2013 so don't expect new maps and LC was never released for GTA5, violates copyright which is why it was removed from this site.
As for fixes, unfortunately you need to fix it yourself by experimenting, there are just too many versions of LC and too many variables.
