Some Modding Questions

I’m using Menyoo & Freemode Female
1When I Install certain clothing packs sometimes It only shows like a few shirts or pants when there should be more textures of the shirts/pants? Curious why Is that ? They normally don’t show if Ive put it in the streamedpeds file
Should I use addon slots to maybe fix my problem?2After I Install certain hair/clothing mods sometimes the clothing around that clothing mod I Installed will look nude & weird like I ruined the texture?
If anyone could help answering these two questions it’ll be highly appreciated Im somewhat new to modding!
