PAUSE MENU WILL NOT LOAD

Since the latest update (The Contract). My pause menu will not load in, I've done everything I know to try to repair it with no success. Verify game files, full reinstall, with no luck.

Many clothing modsI've used these mods with the previous version of the game with no problem, but since I updated, I have encountered this problem.
