How can i have an enviroment for GTA5 mods and online playing?
-
Excuse the noob question.
I recently bought gta5 from steam, but i am not sure if i would get banned for use -any- kind of mod in online (like using addon peds) and how to keep an environment for both single player (full of mods) and a online environment (no mods).
Do i need to duplicate GTAV folder (one with mods, one without mods) and manually rename the modded one GTAV2 and the default client GTAV when want to play online? Or is there a simpler solution?

@Flonne First, no matter how hard you try you can't get online if you have ScripthookV and OpenIV installed. You will see lots of videos and posts telling you that you will be banned if you go online with mods but those are total B.S. Yes there are cheaters, but not with the mods you will find on this site.
Secondly, if you want to play online, you only need to rename one file - dinput8.dll. Rename it whatever you want. It was packaged with both scripthookV and OpenIV and can be found in your installation folder, the same place where you will find GTA5.exe.
Lastly, no you don't need multiple game folders or multiple installations.
