I have problems with tuning parts hanging in the air. I'm asking for your help!

I have the problem with many vehicles that the spoilers hang in the air. However, this is not the case with all vehicles.
I have already looked in ZModeler3 and the spoilers are in the right place there.
Mainly the problem occurs with spoilers.
In the picture below, you can see the BMW X6. Everything works there, except for the spoiler.I also noticed that they always have the same distance in the air.
If you have any helpful tips, I would really appreciate your help.
