add-on-pack make infinite loading

After had installed GTA 5 Replace Carpack v.1.1.oiv , the game crash into a infinite loading, i've tried to remove all parts of that i've before installed, but nothing of well get happen,Any solution?

@fsix OIV overwrites files, may have replaced your gameconfig.xml and you dlclist.xml.

@JohnFromGWN don'care i just found the source of issue, it was on dlcpacks in a folder "16charger" now delete it ,seems it work all fine. thanks anyway.
