GTA updates

So I noticed GTA 5 didn't have an update in really long so I added a lot of different mods to my game. After GTA 5 updates months after all of my mods like my addon cars, peds, and more all didn't want to spawn and my trainers didn't open either. The only thing that worked was my gun skins and models. Do i have to verify something? I already have the latest OpenIV version and the latest GTA 5 version
