Vehicle shaders issue at night.

Hi, so I don't know that I typing at the right place, if no please move my topic to the right place, thank you!
My problem is the next, I use NVE and Enhance Streetlights [Overhaul] 2.0 White & Blue to visual mods, I think these mods make the shadows issue, but I'm not sure, and I don't know that how to fix this, so if anyone can help, please help.
