Missing traffic lights and props in some areas around the map

Like the title, i don't know why but there are some traffic lights disappear from the map for an unknown reason. The game was working fine until i install this mod:

There are missing props everywhere after i installed it. Is custom maps causing the problem?
My PC spec is:
Intel Core i5-8265U
Nvidia MX130 2GB
240gb of SSD, 1TB of SSD
