merge multiple oiv files

would it be possible to merge multiple oiv files into one to simplify and re-create a single download?

@fsix Have you ever made an OIV installer? I'm assuming you haven't, but I guess it would be possible, I think it would be a pain to try to do. Plus in my opinion OIV installation sucks and recommend people to not use them, but install manually when OIV is the mod's given install method.

@fsix You can merge as many files as you want in an OIV installer. As @chonkie wrote, the OIV installer can be good but usually it is garbage as it overwrites user files and is impossible for a noob to uninstall.
