MENYOO problem

I have tried to download this mod to try it and when I put it in the GTA V folder my anti virus (AVG) says "Virus found Win32/Blacked and it auto removed it and my computer auto blocked it when I redownloaded it again the anti-virus didn't do anything the second time but when I tried to put the menyoo.ASI in the directory my computer automatically says I need special permissions to put into the folder and when I put in my cod for the permissions it then says destination folder denied wtf is wrong with this fucking mod? I also did a check all my other mods had no troubles or problems going into the GTA V folder the other part of this mod was able to go into the GTA V folder but not the menyoo.ASI wtf?
