Entire game is black and white after updating game. I am using NVE/ENB

I just updated to the new game version and scripthook v.
I have tried disabling and enabling effects in the ENB menu but the ones that manage to turn off the black and white also remove ENB, which defeats the purpose.
Turning off MSAA also doesn't work.
