How do I spawn as a certain ped instead of Michael/Franklin/Trevor when I load into story mode without manually changing it?

Like I know you can just use a trainer to change it after you spawn but I don't want to have to do that every time I play. Suppose I wanted to spawn as a custom MP character or some other ped whenever I load into the game.
