Could anybody edit this .dll script mod to remove the blips? (SCREAMING INJURED PEDS)

I've been using Bass Dragon's Euphoria Overhaul + Improvements in Gore + Screaming Injured Peds + Writhe Removed and it's such a great combination, but the damn Screaming Injured Peds mod adds these blips when a pedestrian is down and screaming in pain, and it's a bit buggy. Does anybody know how to edit a .dll script mod to remove the blips?

@toobalooboolama You should try yourself. Download a decomplier, free, like dotpeek and look at the code.

@JohnFromGWN LMAO it's funny you say that because that's what I'm doing right now. About to download justdecompile, but searching to see if it's legit and safe. I know nothing about coding, so I'll probably screw it up but hey... never know if you don't try

@toobalooboolama It doesn't matter, you will gain insights on how this was done - not to mention that recompiling doesn't always go smoothly. Go with dotpeek or just google for the best - then stay on the original site to ensure your download is legit.

@JohnFromGWN Well I'm already lost. Opened the .dll file and I have no idea what I am doing with this program. I don't even know what to select to look at let alone edit the code

Removed the blip code. Tested it for a minute, seems to work.
