editing dlclist.xml crashes game

whenever I edit the dlclist i get a corrupt game error...like every time
I've tried installing wov,nve, and rca and they all crash my game
even when deleting the mods from the list and the folder they still crash my game. the only way to play again is to delete my whole mods folder from gtav
and yes I've installed heapadjuster, gameconfig and packfile limit adjuster. please help lmao
