Texture problem of replacement car mod

This is a Hong Kong taxi mod from the maker Gudi17
When I put it into my FiveM server, the color is changed weirdly, look as if there is a layer of plastic cover

Anyone have ideas on how to fix it?

Not a particularly well made vehicle unfortunately, but I did what I could to get the reflections looking right. It's certainly a lot better than the original look at least. I also fixed all the weird sizes & non 'power of two' textures in the '.ytd' as well.
