How to place a finished building (or a construction) inside GTA 5

I would like to know how I can place a tower that I found from the internet inside GTA 5. In my case, I would like to place the tower on an island that is in Palomino Highlands, but I don't know where to start. NOTE: my tower is in .obj file in case you're wondering.
