How to change background music

No, not the score that plays when wanted, I want to know how to change the background music that plays in certain areas. For example, songs from The Lowdown 91.1 play in the background in the Del Perro Pier, or Radio Los Santos playing inside Los Santos Customs, I wanna know if there's a way to change what station it's playing.
