Help needed willing to pay

I have a few machinima projects in the works, I have my characters and storylines all together and learned most of what I need on my own however....
I started to download add ped mods from the likes of @Meth0d @n3str1x @alex189 and others....I'm totally amazed at the work of these guys so much that it inspired the thought of creating peds that look like my voice actors that are involved in my projects....
I have blender with the facebuilder plugin...and for my first character I don't think I did bad at all!....
Next I got 3ds max and that's a whole different world for me that I don't have the time to learn...not because I don't want to learn it, but because of the time frame that I'm working with....
What I'm looking for is someone who can take my ped heads and attach them to the bodies (and match the complexion of the hands etc), I figure that I can edit the textures and change the clothes or whatever myself...I just need these heads attached and the files sent back to me...
I know how to export the fbx files with the textures embedded from blender. I would hope to hire one of the guys I've mentioned or someone of a similar skill level.
