Crash after 30/40 sec

Hello, I play GTA V (modded and not modded) and 30/40 sec after loading GTA freezes and crashes. I use "Packfile Limit Adjuster", "HeapAdjuster", "Heap Limit Adjuster" and a gameconfig (https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gameconfig-xml-dilapidated)
