(Scripts or Misc) How about a script or mod to let changed player model get keep and spend money, Ect.

I don't know if one exists but wonder if the de activation of money, strip clubs and other general interaction can be overcome once you change the player model from franklin to an addon ped ect. You can pickup money but never keep it to spend, strip clubs and other places are now not manned as soon as you change.
