My mods doesn't show!

Hello, I would like your help in this regard when wanting to put ami gta 5 mods which when installing all the mods (visual v) the game is not seen with mods and that I have script hook and menyoo. Even so I have followed several tutorials and they are not shown. If it helps, it's that I have a backup of the game and in that backup I'm putting the mods and I don't know if open 4 is opening gta 5 vanilla and not the backup with the mods.
