Convert SP Hair to Freemode Female

So I'm basically trying to convert Abigail's hair from single player to the freemode female but im not sure on how to do it.
Any help please? Thank you

I converted Abigail's hair for the freemode ped (mp_F_freemode_01) and adjusted the height.
I have the file for SP, Alt:v & FiveM.
