I quick saved Grand Theft Auto V while having a custom ped (Addon-Ped) as the player and now when the game loads, it loads infinitely

Hey I've noticed something very strange on Grand Theft Auto V. (My Version of the game is 1.0.2189.0) So what happened was I was playing Grand Theft Auto with some mods that we're installed, and one of the mods I installed is called "Addon-Peds". so I was playing around with a different character (an addon-ped) and then once I wanted to quit the game I saved the game while I still had the character on (the addon-ped). and now when I try to load story mode, the loading process never ends. I waited about 45 minutes and it was still stuck at the loading screen.
Here are some things I tried to do to fix the problem:
1: Reinstalling the game 2x
2: Watching tutorials from YouTubers on YouTube
3: Replacing the original gameconfig.xml with this this one https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars
4: installing the heap adjuster
5: Installing Packfile Limit Adjuster
6: Deleting each mod one by one (Before I reinstalled the game)So if anyone could help, I'd really appreciate it since I struggled for almost a whole month to fix the problem.
