Disable "steady burn light" in siren?

I don't like them. They may be in LA but this is LS. It's weird having only 2-3 vehicles with it and the other 99 without it. And it looks more like a carcol error as broken setups result in an "unintentional steady burn light or lights". Yes, I really hate steady burns.
Never mind I did it. Byeeeee ugly steady burns!
