i can't because of a bug that causes the music to still appear even when the slider is set to 0

Well maybe you should try fixing that bug before getting someone to make a script for you. Verify your game cache. Disable your mods to see if they are interfering with the audio setting. Are you using a pirated version? Try a different version. Are you on an old version? Try updating the game.

Turn the radio to Los Santos Rock Radio. Fixes all issues.
