Need help finding Leatherface mod

I'm not really sure if this is the right forum for this post but I'm having trouble finding a Leatherface mod that I've seen all over youtube. Basically, what the mod does is add a new strangers and freaks icon to the map, which is located on a remote island. When you approach the island you see bodies and clue's everywhere and they lead you to a group of people locked up. You then search for a key to free the people but you hear a chainsaw in the background. You then find Leatherface cutting up a body and when you approach and speak to him he turns around and tries to kill you. After you kill him you receive the key and his chainsaw. You then free the people and take them off the island. Then you get money for completing the mission. I would really like to try out this mod but I cannot find it anywhere, unfortunately in every video, I've seen of the mod, there is no link to download it. I've spent hours searching for this mod and can't find it anywhere. I think it's on this site and it maybe has a weird name which is why I can't locate it. Most of the videos that featured the mod came out in 2019 so the mod is likely a few years old, although it may have been updated since. I will put a link to a youtube video of this mod in action for reference. If anyone knows anything about this mod or where to find it I would really appreciate it if you could let me know.
