Uploading others vehicle with my skin on it

Hello I made skin for 2 planes f4 and f14 by skylinegtafreak ,just wanted to know if I can upload these planes with my skin on it . Thanks

You can upload the skin, but you cannot upload the plane itself unless you got permission from Skyline.

@Ariamehr no, don't bother, we will not approve them as a stand alone upload, you can upload the skins as a Paintjob, so only the textures, in the Paintjob category.
