Story Mode Missions

Hey people. I recently installed a bunch of mods that include extra features for the game and a bunch of heists and missions. however after I started playing again I don't seem to have any more story mode missions that show up in the map. All I see are the heists from the mods and other bips seach as stores or interiors etc. Could anyone help me or tell me what's gone wrong
