Paintball field

Looking to see if someone could Mod a paint ball field right behind Sandy Shores airfield. In my city I own all the property from the mechanic shop behind the airfield and looking to add a new business to the city. I would like a nice basic paintball field, “fenced in” and with a small business building beside it, so I can stash equipment etc… is this something someone can assist with?
