I have NVE installed and the sky looks wayy worse than usual.

I have NVE installed and usually the sky looks amazing like it does in youtube trailers and stuff. But recently the sky looks really neon and bright and nothing like what it should look like!
I had this problem before and I think I fixed it by turning on "useeffect" in ENB settings but now for some reason it still looks like crap even when turned on.
