[MAP] Functional Payday 2 Safehouse and Garage

Would like a mod that adds a functional Safehouse and a garage using the safehouse from Payday 2 as a reference. for the functional part would like the ability to change clothes, customize weapons, sleep/save, and save vehicles. Would be greatly appreciated if someone was willing to make this.
